1. Check whether there are air pockets on the pump body and adjust the pressure of compressed air inlet. Reduce the speed of the pump body to adjust the viscosity and concentration of larger liquids.
2. Check whether the valve ball is stuck. If the liquid being conveyed does not match the valve ball material. The valve ball expands. Please replace the ball seat with a suitable material.
3. Please check whether the inlet pipe is blocked.

1. Discharge of feed valve and discharge valve; Maintenance or replacement of feed valves.
